Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to most locations within Australia and internationally. We ship domestic orders via Australia Post; registered Parcel Post.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free Australian domestic shipping on all homewares orders over $200.00 (AUD)

Orders under $200 have a flat rate of $11

Express Shipping can be chosen at checkout and is based on the weight of the order. Between $15-$25.

Furniture Items; A flat rate at checkout will be charged based on the minimum amount payable for the Sydney area. Ottomans $100, All other furniture $250.
If the shipping it to anywhere else a custom shipping quote will be added to your order and need to be paid before the item can be shipped. Contact our showroom for a quote before purchase if you chose.

On occasion we may contact you and offer you the option of delivery via courier. This service is for orders that exceed Australia Post parameters or for orders being delivered to remote locations or within the metropolitan areas.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate charge of;
$35.00 (AUD) for all homewares orders to New Zealand, USA, Canada. 
$55.00 (AUD) for all homewares orders to Countries in Asia.
$69.00 (AUD) for all homewares orders to Countries in the Europe.

If you want to order any product outside of our homewares offering please contact the showroom for a shipping quote.

Please email us at info@utopiagoods.com if you are unsure when placing an order to be delivered outside Australia. 

We do not ship to international PO boxes.

All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Utopia Goods has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

Local Pick Up

Sydney customers have the option to pick up their order from our Paddington store. You can select this option at check out. Upon collection you may be asked for a valid form of ID. All local pick up orders must be paid for and finalised online.
