Pricing and Product Availability
We take great care to try and avoid errors in pricing, stock levels and product information. If mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately and offer you the option to receive a refund, substitute the out of stock item for another or cancel and receive an immediate refund of your entire order.
Payments for the Utopia Goods online store
Utopia Goods makes every effort to ensure that all of the transactions that occur on its website are secure. We provide a range of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard and Amex. All orders are processed using the secure payment gateway, eWay.
Exchanges and Returns
We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value (less the cost of postage if applicable).
Should you wish to exchange an item please follow these steps:

Your item/items may be returned to Utopia Goods, if they are in their original condition.

Utopia Goods does not issue refunds unless required by law.
We aim to provide our customers with product of the highest quality. Should you believe your item/items to be faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We request you send a photograph of the fault/faults in order to assist us in resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be made via eWay or directly onto your nominated credit card within 48hrs of receiving your item/items back to the studio.
Colour and Print Variation
All of our fabrics and products are hand screen-printed. The colour and print placement on the product you receive may differ slightly to that shown on the online store. These variations are not considered faults.
